This website has been designed for practitioners, stakeholders and all those involved in planning for and enabling rural affordable housing.

Learning, networking and sharing good practice are the main activities within the Rural Housing Information Centre. The website also provides links to helpful sources of information, and is the forum for the Rural Housing Advisory Group.

The Rural Enabling Guide is your tool to target the good practice examples that can benefit your activities.  It allows you to search via 'themes' and 'issues' found within 'Good Practice' menu.  For a more detailed search enter keywords in the box to the right, or click on the Rural Enabling Guide logo for extra search criteria.

Newly available! Designated Protected Area maps are now available digitally.  Please send requests for Designated Protected Area maps via the contact page, specifying which Parish you require a map for.
