This website has been designed for practitioners, stakeholders and all those involved in planning for and enabling rural affordable housing.

Learning, networking and sharing lessons learned through case studies are the main activities within the Rural Housing Information Centre. The website also provides links to helpful sources of information, and is the forum for the Rural Housing Advisory Group.

The Rural Enabling Guide is your tool to target the case study examples that can benefit your activities.  It allows you to search via 'themes' and 'issues' found within 'Case Studies' menu.  For a more detailed search enter keywords in the box to the right, or click on the Rural Enabling Guide logo for extra search criteria.  The examples provided do not imply that they are examples of Best Practice, they are intended as a way of sharing experiences  and for providing The contact details for colleagues who are willing to discuss the case studies.
